Conversation
Situation: Lucy and Andrew are talking about their end of year holiday.

V: Was it good?
E: What did you see there?
H: We stayed at the Orange Hotel near the Palace Museum.
l: Where did you go on holiday?
L: I went to Beijing with my parents.
i: How was it? Did you have a good time?
D: I didn’t go anywhere with my parents, they were too busy, but fortunately my camping trip was great. I had a lot of fun
with my friends. The greatest part was that we won a competition and we got new bikes.
O: It was wonderful. Beijing is a great city with many historical landmarks.
L: We saw the Great Wall and other interesting places such as old palaces, as well as pandas. They were really interesting!
A:Where did you stay?
o: Yes, it was a great budget hotel. The room was clean and it offered free drinks, fruit and snacks every day. How about your
holiday?
y: Oh, that’s great. I may want to try that on my next holiday.
