Solutions Architect

Responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of technology solutions that meet
business needs. They will work closely with the IT department, business leaders, and stakeholders to
understand business requirements and design solutions that align with the organization's goals and
objectives. The Solution Architect will be responsible for ensuring that technology solutions are scalable,
secure, and reliable.

• Work with business leaders and stakeholders to understand business requirements

• Design technology solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives
• Develop and maintain a technology roadmap for the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technology solutions
• Define and implement technology policies, standards, and procedures
• Oversee the implementation of technology solutions to ensure they are scalable, secure, and
reliable
• Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations for their adoption
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Provide guidance and support to technical teams during the development and implementation
of technology solutions
• Communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or a related field
• Experience with software development and system integration
• Knowledge of cloud computing, service-oriented architecture, and microservices architecture
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity and data privacy best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in solution architecture or a related field

• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies
• Experience in a regulated industry such as healthcare, finance, or government.
