Sources report that the PM has asked the central intelligence bureau to look into the issue. The asset information running to more than 60 properties in corers of Rupees has sent shock waves across the country.

The editor of the magazine George Fernandes is a close friend of former chief minister of Tamil Nadu M Karunanidhi.
