Letters Of Recommendation (LOR)
• Principal is the counsellor
• Personal request to the teacher
• Student achievement in that particular subject should be
highlighted for each teacher
• Requests should come 4 weeks prior to the last date
of submission. In the case of vacations or holidays
additional 2 weeks need to be included.
• Students to apply in the prescribed format sent by the
school office upon request.
• Predicted scores based on algorithm of the last 10 years
school data.
• Regular attendance
• Prior permission to be taken for absence.
• Email to be sent to school before 8.00 am in the
event of emergency leave.
• Students will be allowed to leave or enter the
school with prior permission only during the
lunch break – 12.20 -12.50 when absolutely
required.
• Parents to check almanac for late coming record.
• It is mandatory for students to attend reopening
days. (Beginning of the year, reopening after
Dussera vacation, reopening after Christmas
vacation).
Acadamis and Emails

• Use of parent email IDs – advised not to


allow the children to use parents’ email IDs. (to log out of
parents’ IDs on phones and common computers)

• Checking Acadamis notification
