Why should children do housework?

Good afternoon Mrs… I hope you are well. My name is Kim and today I’m here to
give you the answer to the question “Why should children do housework?”
I wanna say that most parents think that their kids should have more time to
study and play, so they don’t ask them to do housework. But in my point of view,
doing housework is important and necessary for each child for some reasons.
First, it can help them develop their life skills. They can learn how to cook a meal,
do the laundry, clean the house and take care of others, those are important life
skills that children will need for the rest of their life, especially when they have
their own families. Second, children can learn to take the responsibility. Why do I
say that? Thinking that housework is boring and there is a lot of housework to do
but why do others have to do that? It’s just for the responsibility because there
isn’t anyone wanna live in a messy space. So the same as children, they will know
that they have to try to finish their tasks even when they don’t enjoy doing them.
In addition, children can develop their gratitude by sharing housework. they will
learn to appreciate all the hard work that their parents do for them. Last but not
least, sharing housework helps strengthen family bonds, it makes the kids feel like
they are a member of a team.
In conclusion, doing housework can bring a lot of benefits to children. Therefore,
parents should encourage their children to do housework for their good as well as
