Subject: APPOINTMENT AS BADAC MEMBER
Date: JULY 16, 2018

Pursuant to the provision of the Local Government Code of 1911,

otherwise known as Republic Act 7160, you are hereby appointed as
MEMBER OF THE BARANGAY ANTI-DRUG ABUSE COUNCIL (BADAC)-
BARANGAY AUXILIARY TEAM (BAT) effective July 16, 2018, until sooner
revoked/terminated/withdrawn in accordance with the law.

Henceforth, you will perform your duties and responsibilities with the
corresponding rights and privileges as provided for under the Local
Government Code and other existing laws.
