CVSU-SC bans caps to address baldness

Who Lead: CVSU-Silang Campus Board conducted a meeting last night to address
the early baldness of the students and they found out that wearing of caps is one
of the causes that lead them to organize an election whether to ban the wearing of
caps inside the school which 10 of them are in favor of the resolution.
