1. Tell me about a mistake you’ve made. How did you handle it?

Situation  
It was a mistake I made at the beginning of my work in the
department. I submitted a report with incomplete data to the head
of the department. This report was needed for an evening
interview with journalists.
Task
It was my responsibility to take data from all the contractors of the
department.
Action
When the head of the department informed me about the
incomplete data, I had very little time to solve the problem. I
asked my colleagues for help.  We made phone calls to all
contractors in a short time. They gave me all information and I
made a detailed report.
Result   
It was challenging. However, the end result was positive - the
head of the department received the report in time and I did not
make more such mistakes.

2. Tell me about a time when you disagreed with your boss. How did you
resolve

Situation  
After a few months of working in the department, I saw
that the application in which I work has weaknesses.
There are much better programs. However, my boss did
not agree.
Task
It was my responsibility to do my work quickly and
efficiently. If I had a better application, the results would be
better
Action
I constantly told my boss about the need to change the
app. And decided to offer to try a new application in the
test mode. He agreed. 
Result   
As a result, the manager decided to work with the new
application, because the work in the new application was
faster and better.
