Presentation from the


month of April to July

Performance of following months.

1. April ( Joining & Installation of sukkur site & Inspection of Inventory plus daily routine issue of
users )
2. May (Every Day Tasks Including shops & HO Khi & Hydri shop CCTV Issue )
3. June (HO khi users issue & Printer Issue, Shops daily complains, Change of Users password &
Installation of windows and All related software's In khi )
4. July (users complain and Installation Of Windows In khi office Printer services )
APRIL MONTH
1 The very first month of my joining Heelsshoes.pk.
• In this Month, I was assigned with different Task, such as on going project of Sukkur location ,where
I installed all the cameras and established system for daily Sales work with coordination of IT team
Lahore. And work was done smoothly where I learned Working method of Heelsshoes.pk.
2. Inventory
• Inventory file of HO khi was handed over to me By my HOD to check and updated.
• I followed the procedure of inventory inspection and in few days completed the check work of
inventory and updated the list as well.
• Credentials file also handed over to me by my HOD in which I faced some difficulties due to some of
the links were not accessible but Remaining all credentials which were most important to this
organization were changed with users desktop and their anydesk passwords as well.

3 Users complains
• In this month I faced several complains as this was my first month,
• One of them was printer of HO Khi which was resolved at the day of the complain
• Excels issue faced by users was resolved as well
• Outlook and process of configuring outlook in Company method was understood by the help of
My HOD.
Shop complains.
In this month I checked complains related to printer and MS office from different Retail shops of heels and
resolved immediately .Cctv complains such as cameras view and passwords complains were also resolved.
Many daily complains were resolved and I took time to understand the get along with new environment and I
was able to get along so quick due to the help of my Team My HOD and colleagues.

5 Challenges faced In this months


• The month went very smooth As It was the month Of Ramadan.
• Every obstacle was beginning of new knowledge with team and understanding of work I was able to get it
done.
MAY MONTH
1. In this month Hydri shop CCTV issue accrued, visited the site as soon as complain was registered,
after findings we came to the conclusion to try to resolve the issue at the present time but due to
the cabling issue it was impossible to stable the cables in mannered way but after few hour issued
was resolved and 12 cameras were online..
2. But the issue remained the same due to cables, which badly damaged by rats and Team from Lahore
decided to replace the old system with digital system as analog cameras were installed there .
3. Numerous complains related to internet and cameras MS office outlook printer and thermal printer
and other different issues of different location were resolved on daily bases
4. In this month NASA stopped working and after diagnose found out NASA Failed due to power issue
this happened due to electrical issue in HO khi .
5. Steps were taken to extract data from Nasa but I secured the drives in order to find out safest way to
extract data as there were different ways but loopholes in them and risk was not necessary.
6. from this month to till now Printer Of HO khi is the main issue I been facing and it needs to be
changed .
June/July Month
1. In this month I Begun Installation of new windows on retail shops of Heels in khi with coordination of Team
from Lhr .
2. One by one installation was completed It took me time but I completed it with IT team coordination as well.
3. This month I learned about server used in heelsshoes.pk and procedure of doing it as well.
4. After compilation of Windows & SQL server installation , I faced printer issue of TR1 & TR2 both printer
needed to be repaired and it was done immediately.
5. Meanwhile shops form Punjab province and KP also contacted me for different complains and their issue
were resolved right away.

1. Challenges faced this month


• During the installation of TR1 data was lost during installation but data was recovered but appeared to be
in corrupted format reason could be human error of virus or failure of hard driver anything but data is
being recovered slowly as it is in large amount .
• Printer issue of HO khi is the main hurdle in audit and finance department path .To resolve this issue I tired
all the ways to fix the printer but due to some reason printer needs to be sent off for repair and for this to
happen I needed backup which I don’t have .
• Other reason of being unable to resolve the issue of users from home in off days is I don’t have laptop or a
good communication plat form to resolve their issue.
July & August
• Printer Of TR1 & TR2 was Repaired & Luckyone desktop issue Resolved as well.
• Hyderi point window excel and outlook issue was resolved by visiting Site on off day.
• All faulty backup system Repaired For Backup.
• Completed HO,TR,TR2,,luckyone camera issues.
• Head office cabling issue and telephony issues resolved by changing cables.
• Head office printer repaired and working fine now.
• Audit department laptops keyboard repaired .
• Issue of outlook Remote Access were resolved with LHR office corporation.
• Vpn configured again for some users within the office.
• Outsourcing Issue related to candela resolved .
• meeting between HO to Lhr was established.
• Tariq Road Attendance machine sent for repairing but found to be unrepairable and steps are taken to ensure new attendance
machine within two too three working days.
• Constant Outlook issue and remote issue and vpn issue were resolve this month the most.
• Power BI issue were resolved with IT Manager corporation
• Daily users Issue were resolved through direct approach and complains highlighted by users from different retail shops.
• Instructed Hyderi point through mail and Via Call To buy BNC cables And Adopter to resolve power and cabling Issue.
• (Point to be discussed with Hyderi point by team from Lhr why are they so uncooperative they don’t respond to any call or text this
is the issue facing from this site only Remaining are so cooperative )
