Introduction/Background
Main purpose of building this website is to provide e-commerce services in facilitating a transaction to the
consumer and of course to gain as much profit for services rendered with regard to the effectiveness of
work . To achieve these objectives , in general, company leaders decided to use information technology in
the form of a web service e-commerce application system in order to provide ease of access services to
consumers . Thus the company can obtain an increase in the number and customer satisfaction as well
as improve the competitiveness of the company among other companies .

Business Objective
So far, most companies lack good management . With this application, expected the company to work
more effectively with improved management . In addition, actions that had been done manually can be
done automatically by the computer . use of information technology is expected to improve the
effectiveness of work so that employees in developing the business , companies do not need to add a
large enough number of employees .

Current Situation and Problem/Opportunity Statement

As already mentioned above that most companies do not have good management . They still use the
manual recording system as well as marketing strategies that if applied to the diadem is now less
effective . There are many problems such as the above which makes a lot of opportunity to create a
computerized application . So expect companies that use these applications can be more effective with a
computerized management .

Critical Assumption and Constraints

This ecommerce application system should be able to provide significant benefits for the company in
terms of the effectiveness of the business to the consumer in terms of ease of access , and information
about the goods or services offered . Consumers can make an online purchase process . Therefore , the
system must be easily accessible to consumers . The system has always worked well without any
obstacles both technical and personal ( human error ) .Corporate leaders should always alert for any
problems that interfere with the performance of the system , especially relating to the service to the client .

2 Perform the design and implementation of these services by using hardware and software that has
been there .
