1. In reference to the letter from PT. PELAYARAN SAKTI ERAWAN number 147/PSE/VI/2023 dated
June 21st, 2023 regarding the subject above.
2. Referring to point (1), the authorization for International Load Line Certificate is granted to LR,
provided that Classification Certificate is valid. Load Line Certificate will be endorsed upon
satisfactory result of the survey which was carried out by LR surveyor and copies of the survey
reports and Load Line Certificate must be sent to the Director of Marine Safety and Seafarers,
Directorate General of Sea Transportation, at the earliest convenient time as possible or mail to:
