Before listening:
 Activating language: T asks Ss to look at the picture on the board and describe it. Resources
needed:

 Generating questions:
 How many people are there in the picture?
 What are they doing?
 Where are they?
 Can you see some objects?
 Can you guess the situation of the picture?

 Establishing reasons for listening:


 Ss can describe photos of people -> choose the correct answers in part 1
1. T introduces part 1 to Ss and the way to this part.
2. T reminds Ss to remember about The continuos tense in this part.

PRACTICE Time: 15’


While listening:
 Ss look at the picture and describe based on T’s introductions Resources
needed:
 How many people are there in the picture?
 What are they doing?
 Where are they?
 Can you see some objects?
 Can you guess the situation of the picture?
After writing down every detail of the picture, T get Ss listened to the audio for the
first time.
T gives new vocab in this audio: scroll toward = move to.
Before listening, T asks Ss to take note in their drafts.
T asks Ss to tell what they have heared in each sentence sentence A, B, C, D.
T writes down Ss’s answer on the board and asks them to guess the correct answer.
T tells them the correct answer.
T lets Ss listen each sentence again until they can fill in the activity in each A, B, C, D.
After asking Ss, T writes 4 sentences on the board and translate with Ss.
 Tips when Ss meet photos of people in part 1
 Use the continuous tense.
 Answer questions about people in the picture (How many, the
gender, their appearance, the place, the objects, their interactions)
PRODUCTION Time: 15’
Ss can do the same exercise without T’s help

Ss can describe the picture based on T’s introduce:


 3 women
 Wearing suit
 In the room
 A computer/ screen/ keyboard, a glass on the table
 One woman is pointing/ 2 women is looking at the screen/ They
are talking.
T plays the audio for the first time -> Ss say their answers
T checks the answer and explain the answers with Ss.
