Ensure that relationships with Government bodies are nurtured such as FPA and BAI. Ensure that
inventory of samples and products are well maintained in warehouse and office. Submit monthly
inventory with 100% accuracy.

Annual renewal of permits must be kept in order and executed as immediately as possible.
Perform special projects as rolled-out by management such as training, artworks (labelling, etc)
plantation accreditation, Philgeps, FDA-QPIRA, etc.
4 Compliance, teamwork, networking personal development (20%) Dec 2022

Adherence to rules and regulations. Be proactive and initiate actions to help team, if necessary.

Study FPA blue and green book. Be familiar with Agsmart products registered, submitted and to
be submitted. Know and be familiar with all key persons in FPA and BAI.
