Organize and safekeep documents. Adhere to daily itinerary as much as possible. Make sure that
the office is presentable and ensure supplies are enough.

Adhere to weekly reporting and activities with 100% precision such as bank data, check issuances,
expense updates, cash position, among others.

2 Monthly tasks (30%) Dec 2022

BIR and other contributions must be kept in order including monthly payables such as rentals
(office/WH). Parcels must be documented and tracked. Financial statements must be reported
accurately. Master use of BPI Bizlink and coordinate well with accountant.
3 Annual tasks and special projects (20%) Dec 2022

Annual renewal of permits must be kept in order and executed as immediately as possible.
Attend seminars of government institutions and perform special projects as rolled-out by
management such as training and other matters.
4 Compliance, teamwork and personal development (15%) Dec 2022

Adherence to rules and regulations. Be proactive and initiate actions to help team, if necessary.
