entity in consultation with Engineer-in-
charge during the course of the project but not
later than commencement of construction of
the SBR reactor. The Contractors shall give
reasons/ justification for the change of the

Engineer-inCharge such permission may be
given. The Experience of the New
Technology provider must be equal or
superior to that of the original Technology
provider.
The list of projects executed by the
technology provider should be supported by
relevant certificates issued by (Govt. / Semi
Govt. / PSU / Local body) clearly certifying
successful completion, commissioning and
one year satisfactory O&M, in last 5 years
