The finance manager of A Sharia Bank invites his/her 5 staff to a meeting to discuss about the 2023
department budget. Staff of the finance department, each of them must propose its section budget to
be compile with others. At the end of the meeting, a definite budget for the finance department
should be agreed.
Please use necessary expressions for opening the meeting, welcoming participants, showing
agreement and disagreement, interrupting, and so on. Underline the expressions and write down the
functions.
