Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) is installed on all workstations

that connect to the Kraft Heinz Network. This application allows for software
distribution, security patching and asset management of workstation systems.
The SCCM Software Center replaces Run Advertised Programs.

To access the SCCM Software Center: Go to Start > All Programs > Microsoft System Center (Figure 1) > Software Center
It will display the following information:
1. Applications - Software that is available for you to install (Figure 2)
2. Updates – Software updates or security updates available for you to install (Figure 3)
3. Installation Status - Status of software you have selected to install from Available Software (Figure 4)
4. Device Compliance – Verifies your computer adheres to specific company policies (Figure 6)

1. Applications: displays all software available for you to install.

Search Tip: To avoid scrolling through pages of software names,

Use first few letters or word to Switch between
use the Search field or change the view to List. search by software name List or Icon view
When you select a software/application, additional information will be displayed and allow you to Install or Reinstall it as you may require.

2. Updates: displays all software or security updates available for you to install. You can choose to install all or you can select individual
updates to install.

3. Installation Status: displays a list of software that you have installed (not part of the standard PC configuration). It also gives you the
option to Reinstall the software if required. You can use the drop-down ‘Show’ option to filter on specific software types such as
Applications or Updates.

4. Device compliance: confirms your device is in compliance with specific configuration settings set by your IT Administrator.
