To access the SCCM Software Center: Go to Start > All Programs > Microsoft System Center (Figure 1) > Software Center
It will display the following information:
1. Applications - Software that is available for you to install (Figure 2)
2. Updates – Software updates or security updates available for you to install (Figure 3)
3. Installation Status - Status of software you have selected to install from Available Software (Figure 4)
4. Device Compliance – Verifies your computer adheres to specific company policies (Figure 6)

2. Updates: displays all software or security updates available for you to install. You can choose to install all or you can select individual
updates to install.

3. Installation Status: displays a list of software that you have installed (not part of the standard PC configuration). It also gives you the
option to Reinstall the software if required. You can use the drop-down ‘Show’ option to filter on specific software types such as
Applications or Updates.
4. Device compliance: confirms your device is in compliance with specific configuration settings set by your IT Administrator.
