RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
1 large ripe banana
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
2 Tbsp chia seeds
2 Tbsp hemp seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
⅛ tsp salt
1 ¼ cups unsweetened soy
milk (or preferred nondairy milk)
⅓ cup raspberries
⅓ cup blueberries
⅓ cup blackberries
Unsweetened coconut flakes, raisins,
sunflower seeds, sliced strawberries, pure
maple syrup, for serving (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
In a medium bowl, mash the banana well
with a fork. Add the rolled oats, chia seeds,
hemp seeds, vanilla, salt, soy milk, raspberries,
blueberries and blackberries. Stir gently until
ingredients are completely combined. Cover
(or transfer mixture to a lidded food storage
container) and refrigerate overnight, or a
minimum of 6 hours.
