JUSTIFICATION

 Burlado Recloser (Mid-Stream Fil-Oil Rec)

Mid-stream reclosers can be installed in distribution lines to improve power

reliability, increase system flexibility, and shorten outage times, among other
advantages. Utilities may improve system performance, minimize service
disruptions, and optimize operations by integrating reclosers into the
distribution infrastructure. Installing a recloser midstream, like in the case of
Fil-oil, decreases the number of downstream users who are negatively
impacted by an interruption by 29% because it has the ability to separate the
possible customers impacted by downstream faults.

 Jollibee Sablayan Recloser (Mid-Stream Eco Park Feeder 1)

more power dependability, more system flexibility, and shorter outage times
are just a few advantages of installing mid-stream reclosers in distribution
lines. Utilities may streamline operations, reduce service disruptions, and
improve system performance by integrating reclosers into the distribution
infrastructure. The number of downstream users who are impacted by
interruption is reduced by 89% when a recloser is installed at Jollibee Sablyan
the mid-stream of Eco Park Feeder 1. As a result of its ability to segregate the
prospective customers impacted by downstream fault.

 Bus Stop Recloser (Mid-Stream Feeder 2)

Reducing outage times, increasing system flexibility, and improving power

dependability are just a few advantages of installing mid-stream reclosers in
distribution lines. Utilities can streamline operations, reduce service
disruptions, and improve system performance by introducing reclosers into the
distribution infrastructure. Like in the case of Feeder 2, installing a recloser in
the mid-stream reduces the number of downstream users who are negatively

impacted by an interruption by 88% mainly because it may separate the

possible consumers impacted by downstream failure.

 PCIC Recloser (Mid-Stream Feeder 1)

For the distribution utility, installing mid-stream reclosers in distribution lines

has a number of advantages. This intelligent protection device contributes to
cost-efficient operations, shorter outage times, improved fault detection
capabilities, and increased electrical network reliability. Utilities improve their
performance, reduce disruptions, and give end users a dependable and efficient
power supply by utilizing the automation and advanced features of mid-stream
reclosers. If the fault or issue is situated downstream, installing a mid-stream
recloser in PCIC mid-stream of Feeder 1 decreases the impacted consumers by
11%.

 Old Barangay Hall Recloser (Mid-Stream Feeder 1)

For the distribution utility, installing mid-stream reclosers in distribution lines

has a number of advantages. These intelligent protection devices contribute to
cost-efficient operations, shorter outage times, improved fault detection
capabilities, and increased electrical system reliability. Utilities may improve
their performance, reduce interruptions, and give end customers a dependable
and efficient power supply by utilizing the automation and sophisticated
features of mid-stream reclosers. If the defect or issue is situated downstream,
installing a mid-stream recloser in the instance of installing of recloser at Old
Barangay Hall at Feeder 1 mid stream decreases the impacted customers by
9%.

 Ralleta Recloser (Mid-Stream Recloser 1)

to increase grid reliability, permit quicker fault identification and isolation,

improve operational efficiency, and enhance safety, mid-stream reclosers are
appropriate for installation in mid-stream of distribution lines. These
advantages help create a more reliable and resilient power distribution system,

which in turn improves customer service and lowers the financial losses
brought on by power outages. Based on Recloser 1, if the fault is downstream
of the line, installing a mid-stream recloser at Ralleta decreases the impacted
consumer by 46%.

Please see attached files to compare the effects of the reclosers if installed in the
midstream of feeders.
