offer, I/we hereby authorized M/s K.K.Lim & Associates, Advocates & Solicitors of Suite 1702, 17 th
Floor, City Plaza, No. 21, Jalan Tebrau, 80300 Johor Bahru, Johor to process notice for full settlement
of my/our abovementioned loan account.

Notwithstanding the above, I/we am/are fully aware and acknowledge that I/we shall remain liable for all
incidental fees incurred as per “Redemption Fee” clause in the said letter of offer and charges in relation to
the discharge of my/our property will be borne in fully by me/us and to be settled directly with the
solicitors concern.

To facilitate the redemption request, I/we hereby irrevocably authorize and instruct you to issue
redemption statement and disclose such necessary information of my/our Housing Loan to the said
solicitor/lawyer.
