It is an honor for me to write to you today about my Brother Genau BIRASA admitted to
Niagara College to continue his studies for a one year program starting May 08, 2023.

I, the undersigned Benoit Birasa, entrepreneur and PFM Learning development specialist at
Minecofin, Rwandan citizen residing in Kicukiro district, Kigali city - Rwanda,

I agree to cover the costs related to my brother's study stay.

With this in mind, I solemnly undertake:

• To cover the tuition fees of my brother and other expenses relating to his studies
required by the establishment as well as the costs of health and hospitalization
insurance.

• To also pay the living expenses which include accommodation, food, transport and
other that will be necessary for the entire duration of his studies, lastly the costs
relating to his round trip flight ticket.

Indeed, this support for Genau Birasa is a continuation of my personal commitment to care
for him, from his undergraduate studies. This is how I renew the same commitment to
support him financially in his academic pursuit throughout his stay in Canada.

By this, I solemnly certify that I have sufficient resources in relation to this commitment.
Please find attached the statements of my bank account, my employment certificate, my
business registration certificate, my national identity card and I am ready to provide any
other additional documents if necessary.
