1. What are the obstacles that you face related to the project/work/business in terms of
soft skills that you have explained earlier?
For me, I do not think that I have faced many problems related to projects or work earlier
for soft skills. However, there are certain times where I need to adjust based on client’s
needs. Due to the client changing the time for my divisions and such, I need to adapt to
the situation such as client’s request to change the work schedule from hybrid to WFO.
Besides adapting to the client’s requests, I do not experience miscommunication between
team members and myself. Except for the first few days where I and the other interns
need to be initiative to be given some tasks by the seniors and our supervisor.
Another problem that I encountered when working is whenever I have faced some
decision to work on something while I haven’t received an instruction from my
supervisor or other seniors. Regardless it is up to me who decides what to do next, rather
than waiting for more instructions or information from the higher-ups.

2. What are your efforts to deepen/improve the soft skills to solve problems/work on
your projects/work/business?
There are some self-disciplinary rules that I made for myself to adapt with the current
workplace environment or situation, such as keeping myself as an open-minded person to
receive information and opinions from others, motivating myself to change for the better
and adjusting my behavior based on the circumstances. And for improving my initiative, I
need to have the courage for deciding what to next whilst working.
