patience He gave, I would not be able to complete this assignment. The
outcome of this assignment required a lot of guidance and assistance from many
people. I am extremely fortunate to have got this all along the completion of my

involved in helping me to complete this assignment. I am so grateful and

Executive Summary (half a page)

The purpose of this activity is to expose students to identifying a business opportunity in a


real-life world simulation. The assignment requires students to be open-minded and start
selling their products/services on their own. Besides that, the activity challenges the student
to practice their knowledge and adopted the knowledge to help them open a business. Thus,
an introduction to Marz’s Body Massage. A type of business that provides body massage to
customers alongside the combination of massaging and aromatherapy. Since the demand for
this type of service is relatively low, the business has other initiatives to promote it using
word of mouth rather than using the trend of using social media. The duration of this business
activity is three weeks but Marz’ Body Massage decided to extend it for a week as a
preparation to promote the business into the available market. The price of the service is RM5
for a total of 20 minutes and it is counted as 1 slot. The target market is active male students
who are having trouble with their body pain and people who seek to release their stress. All
these data have been recorded during the business activity from time to time. The experiential
learning section describes valuable lessons learned throughout the period of the business
activity. Finally, the appendix shows proof of the activity. There will be photos of massaging,
customers feedback, and promotion.
