The objective for this process is to outline the steps taken in placing a Solar lamp order on TL

SCOPE
This process applies to all National Customer Contact Centre Agents

DEFINITIONS
TL – Template Light (otherwise known as SAP)
VA01 – Transaction code for placing orders
YSO – TSA Order Repriced
01 – Road mode of transport

Process
• Customer calls the 0860111111, pressing 1 to select Central Ordering
• Customer to provide the following critical information in creating an order:
• Outlet Number
• Type of order (Solar Lamp)
• Order Number
• Materials requested
• Depot that delivers
• Mode of transport
• Central ordering agent to use transaction code VA01 on TL
• Choose YSO order type
• Insert customer outlet number on the Ship to Party field and press ENTER and TL will automatically
populate customer profile information
• Insert customer order number in the appropriate Purchase Order field and press ENTER (may take
several minutes to process customer's order number)
• Change to the next day's delivery date
• Depot code normally defaults on the Plant field, if not, agent to manually insert the plant code after
requesting this from the customer or in reference to customer order history
• Change mode of transport to 01.
• Agent to confirm the whole order back to the customer.
• If all is in order, Save customer's order
• TL will generate a Sales Order Reference Number to be offered to the customer
