CMS FOUNDATION EVANGELISM OUTREACH PROPOSAL

REPORT ON FIRST VISIT TO KUCHIBUYI COMMUNITY

On the 27th April, 2023, I, Pst Collins Asogwa went to survey Kuchibuyi village
alongside with Bro Joel Sylvester. Our aim of visit is to view the community,
discuss with the traditional ruler and plan on the strategy we can adopt as a
Foundation to reach out to them.
The visit was successful as we got due reception through an insider who
promises to pass across our proposal to the traditional head, as he was away at
that moment. However, as soon as this proposal is accepted by the Foundation,
we will still reach out to the traditional head to inform them of the day of our
coming.
PROPOSED DATE
After critical check on our calendar, we are proposing 7 th and 8th July, 2023 to
be the date for the Foundation’s first outreach to Kuchibuyi Community.
STRATEGY
The strategy we are proposing to adopt is to reach out to the community with
food items. The Foundation will partner with Reign of Life Priesthood Ministry
to assemble a formidable team of 20 evangelists thereabout that will scatter
around the community to evangelize the gospel and invite them to the point of
convergence in the evening where this food items would be shared and the
gospel preached. An interpreter would be required who will help interpret the
message being preached to the people.
OUTREACH DEMAND
The following are the demand from the team that will represent the
Foundation in this outreach that will last for two days;
 A budget of N700,000 which is broken down below.
 Sound and musical equipment which would be hired and part collected
from Reign of Life Priesthood Ministry.
 Prayer of Intercession from each Foundation member that won’t be
physically present.

The budget for the evangelistic outreach is as follows;
 Banner - N25,000
 Sound and Musical Equipment - N50,000
 100 Chairs - N5,000
 Transportation - N150,000
 Feeding - N100,000
 Food Items - N350,000
 Fuel - N20,000
TOTAL - N700,000
