Product Overview
Ultrasonic gas meter was devel-
oped based on self-developed
ultrasonic technology, which
adopts compact design with no
moving parts, it has the advantag-
es of high reliability, high accura-
cy, wide measurement range
ratio.
Working Principle
Ultrasonic gas meter calculate the
gas flow rate V by measuring the
time TUP at which ultrasonic wave
was transmitted from the upstr-
eam transducer to downstream
transducer, and the time Tdown at
which ultrasonic wave was trans-
mitted from downstream trans-
ducer to upstream transducer,
then calculating the flow rate of
the gas according to the cross-
sectional area S of the flow
channel.

Ultra-high sensitivity: micro gas flow can be detected.
Wide range ratio: the range ratio of G1.6~G4W can be up to 375 :1, the range
ratio of G6~G40W can be up to 260 :1.
High reliability: no moving parts, long-term operation is more reliable and no
losses of measurement accuracy.
Strong anti-interference ability: digital metering signal output, undisturbed by
magnetic field.
Temperature compensation: built-in temperature sensor, outputting compen-
sated cumulative volume.
Gas Safety
Reverse flow: meter can detect reverse gas flow, and judge if meter installed
wrongly, close valve automatically.
Abnormal micro flow: when detects continuous micro flow, meter will automatically
close the valve to prevent gas leakage.
Installation and disassemble detection: when detects air intrusion, meter will
report to the system and automatically close the valve.
High temperature detection: when detects high temperature above the high
temperature alarm threshold, meter will automatically close the valve.
Water ingress detection: when detects water ingress, the valve will be closed
automatically to ensure pipe network safety.
