This system mainly includes 48V/2000W power module and 48V/10Ah & 48V/20Ah & 48V/50Ah lithium battery
module (hereinafter referred to as "lithium battery module"), in which the power module converts alternating
current or high voltage direct current into stable 48V direct current, the lithium battery module is The
communication equipment provides a backup power function.

The system adopts single-phase three-wire system AC input. After passing through the rectifier, filtering, voltage
stabilization and other links, the AC power becomes stable DC power to the positive and negative rows of the
system; the system has a set of battery interfaces, and the battery pack passes through the battery fuse and shunt
(Battery current detection) is connected in parallel with the output of the rectifier module. When the AC power
fails, the

DC power distribution unit supplies the customer's DC load.

The AC power distribution status, rectifier status, battery status, DC shunt status, and customer power
consumption are all detected or controlled by the controller. The system is equipped with a Bluetooth unit and a
remote monitoring unit. At the near end, you can view the system-related information through the mobile phone
APP; at the far end, you can remotely monitor the system information through the PC. The system connection
relationship is as follows:

laying should be separated from the signal line as much as possible. This product is a large leakage current device. When connecting
to the mains, please do not connect

the leakage current protection switch at the front end, otherwise it will easily cause the leakage protection switch to trip.

13.1.3 Safety protection requirements

Grounding requirements

The grounding method of the communication cabinet is usually designed according to the principle of shared grounding, that is,
the working ground, lightning protection grounding and protective grounding share a set of grounding bodies, and the grounding
resistance should comply with the national telecommunications power equipment regulations. The basic method of common
grounding is to short- circuit the grounding busbar of the power system with the user grounding bar. The DC working ground,
lightning protection ground and

protective ground of the power system should be connected to the grounding busbar of the power system as close as possible.

2. Does the discharge time in a high-temperature environment meet the specifications? If not,
replace thebattery.
11 Charging high temperature
protectionPossible reason
 The ambient temperature of the battery is high.

Treatment method

1. Check whether the battery is located in the heat exhaust area of other heat generating equipment. If it
is, thenisolate the heat source or replace the battery installation location.
12 Overcharge protection
Possible reason
 The power module is faulty.
 The charging voltage setting of the power module is unreasonable.
Treatment method

1. Check whether the setting value of the average floating charging voltage is reasonable, if not,
adjust itaccording to the actual situation.
2. Check whether the output voltage of the power module is too high. If it is higher than the setting
value of theaverage floating charging voltage and cannot be adjusted, replace the power module.
13 Discharge overcurrent protection
Possible reason

 The load is greater than the maximum power of the lithium battery module.
 The load is shorted.

Treatment method

1. Check whether the load is greater than the maximum power of the lithium battery. If it is, increase the
lithiumbattery capacity configuration or reduce the power system load.
2. Check if there is a short circuit fault in the load circuit, if yes, remove the fault.
