1) Between creativity and innovation which is more challenging?

Basically, creativity is the ability to come up with new ideas, while innovation is a major
catalyst for improving the creativity, character, and thought process of a company. creativity
often makes them more productive because they’re bringing more to the table than someone who
doesn’t open their mind to what’s around them. Creative thinking is necessary for solving
business problems. This skill enables workers to find opportunities that help improve situations
in which finding a solution is difficult. It also helps them see the problems they face from
another perspective. Creativity also promotes innovation. Innovation represents the process of
introducing and using new ideas or concepts.

On the other hand, innovation, which is said to be the implementation of the idea being generated
at the creative stage, plays a key role in introducing novelty to existing product lines or
processes, leading to increased market share, revenue, and customer satisfaction. Innovation
presents new ideas to business leaders to increase efficiency with minimal resources. In fact,
from society’s perspective, the fundamental outcomes of innovation are economic growth,
increased well-being and communication, educational accessibility, and environmental
sustainability. There has been a sharp distinction between creativity and innovation. Creating a
new idea can be described as inspirational, cognitive, creative, and potentially Innovative also
talks about execution, being practical, and being tangible.

Regardless of the type, creativity involves the active use of imagination and developing original
ideas to create something new. Fortunately, creativity is the natural order of life and part of being
human. Everybody is creative, but some seem to be able to activate their innate creativity better
than others. Creativity is in our nature (Claudia Rinke, August 18, 2021). Creativity in Claudia’s
view is natural and part of human being and do not require any financial capability and that
every human can create in one way or another. These reasons attest to the fact it is more complex
and less challenging. But to innovate, one needs financial strength and a set of steps between an
idea's conception and its implementation. It is a streamlined process that is managed in a way
that reflects a company's structure and innovation goals. In a nutshell, it can be justified based on
the relevant fact that innovation is very challenging in relation to creativity.
