Rim tall glass with house made rim mix. Fill glass with ice, liquor first, then mud mix, then
Mott’s Clamato. Saddle it with a beef jerky caesar stick, green bean, sweet drop
pepper, hint of lime
Oh Mojito
2 OZ Bacardi White rum
0.05 OZ agave syrup
0.05 OZ lime juice
3.0 OZ soda water

DIRECTIONS
In a tall glass, place liquor, mint, lime, agave and choice of flavour. Give a quick muddle. Fill
glass with ice, add soda and give a quick stir. Garnish with a bruised mint sprig and dehydrated
lime.

0.25 OZ Simple Syrup
Dash of orange bitters
candied orange
DIRECTIONS
Torch choice of wood smoke. In a shaker with ice, shake bourbon, simple syrup, and bitters.
Strain into a rocks glass over a large square ice cube. Top with a candied orange.

2.0 OZ Woodford Reserve whisky
0.25 OZ Simple Syrup
Dash of orange bitters

CUCUMBER MARGARITA
2.0 OZ El Tequileno Gran Reserva reposado tequila
1.5 OZ lime juice
0.5 OZ agave syrup
cucumber slices, shaken, over ice + sea salt foam
DIRECTIONS
In a shaker muddle cucumber, agave, lime juice and tequila. Add ice and give a quick shake.
Strain into a rocks glass and add some ice. Top with sea salt foam, sprinkle of sea salt and lime
zest.
Combine hot water, sugar, salt and gelatin until all dissolve. Mix well and cool. Once chilled, add
egg white and lemon juice to cold syrup. Blend thoroughly. Pour into a siphon. Add a nitrogen
charger, shake and keep cold.
Fill a tall glass with ice. Build cocktail over the ice and finish with a dehydrated lemon.
GIN GIDDY UP
2.0 OZ Siderit gingerlime gin
.5 OZ lemon juice
.5 OZ agave syrup
2.0 OZ soda
Fresh Mint
DIRECTIONS
Add the gin, lemon juice, mint and agave to a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled. Strain
into a rocks glass. Top with soda water, dehydrated lemon and mint sprig garnish.
