A. Project Description

Retail Engineering Department would like to request for your approval to proceed Various Maintenance
Service for the service vehicle Honda City – NDX 1545.

B. Purpose of the Project

On the recent incident, the splash guard was suddenly fell down while the service vehicle was on
use and on the highway by the service user, fortunately nothing bad happens. The service vehicle
user found out that the knot holding the splash guard was already on its wear and tear phase. Also,
while using the service vehicle, the service user observes some vibration on the unit while using
the brake. Upon checking during the actual PMS of the vehicle last March 28,2023 the mechanic
recommended the following; hence it was not included in the initial quotation/PO of PMS for the
said job car.

1.Splash Guard Replacement- splash guard They keep dirt and road debris from kicking up
and hitting sensitive parts of your vehicle. Splash guards also are a great way to protect the paint
and finish of body side panels.
2.Fender Assembly Parts located at the wheel area- The main purpose of fenders on cars
is that they shield the wheels, and they protect the passengers, the pedestrians, and the other
vehicles from stones, mud, liquid, and other debris that can fly in the air because of the speeding
rotating wheels the car is running.
3.Disk Break-Rotor Disk Replacement- are an important part of your braking system.
They're attached to your wheels, and they're what your vehicle's brake pads press down on to stop
your wheels from spinning and to help you avoid accidents.

The following are to prolong its lifespan of the service vehicle and ensure the safety of the service
user while using the service vehicle on field.

Therefore, we would like to kindly request your approval on the "Replacement of Splash
Guard, Fender Assembly and Disk Break-Rotor Disk” for Job Car NDX 1545
