A. Project Description

Retail Engineering Department would like to request for your approval to proceed on the replacement of 2
tire wheels for the service vehicle Honda City – NDX 1545.

B. Purpose of the Project

Upon checking during the actual PMS of the vehicle last March 28,2023 the mechanic
recommended that the service vehicle’s tire wheels are subject for replacement due to routine
tread wear, the last time the service vehicle’s tire wheel was replaced was last 2019 and only two
(2) front wheels was replace at that time; hence it was not included in the initial quotation/PO of
PMS for the said job car. Tire wheels are the most important component of a vehicle to keep the
user safe.

Therefore, we would like to kindly request your approval on the "Replacement of Wheel
Tires” for Job Car NDX 1545 (HONDA CITY
