An Uncharted Expedition

Greetings everyone! I hope you all are doing well.
You will be pleased to know that the Literary Club is organizing ‘Litart 2021-22' on 24
January 2022.
The event for Grade 10th, is “An Uncharted Expedition”, an enthralling event that will
test your writing, oratorial and acting skills.
For the first round, two students will be paired from each section. Every team has to
write a story within 2000 words .
The story needs to be framed keeping atleast two primary characters till the end.
These two characters must share a close bond when the story begins. For example, it
could be a tale of two brothers, a father and daughter bond, a sensei and student bond.
You can add as many supporting characters as you wish.
End the story , with one of your primary characters, throwing a picture of the other
character into the fire.
Mould your story so that by the end there is a protagonist and an antagonist. Keep in
mind that both these need to be your primary characters.

You have complete freedom to mould the story in any direction you deem fit; a tale of
betrayal, heartbreak, or simply two inseparable friends turning into sworn enemies.

It is suggested that you note the characteristics of your protagonist and antagonist and
have an indepth knowledge of the world and characters you create for the further
rounds.

Details
The last date for submission of the stories is 21 January 2022. Any submissions
after that will not be accepted. All entries should be mailed to

The story should not copy or closely paraphrase other works, as this
constitutes plagiarism.

Keep your story within the word limit.

The story must have a title.

This is an elimination round.

Participants are requested to strictly adhere to the above mentioned points.
