Bana Elementary School for five years. Her assignment has been with primary pupils of varying abilities. Ms.
Liwag is, in my opinion, a truly gifted educator. She quickly develops a good rapport with her students,
establishes solid routines, and employs consistent and fair practices in her classroom.

Ms. Liwag took an active interest in the well-being of each of her pupils. Close contact with the parents was
undertaken in a very thorough and meaningful way. Her pupils responded well to her engaging approach to
education and genuine interest in them. Under Ms. Beth’s guidance and encouragement, her pupils
consistently realized measurable gains.

As a staff member, Ms. Liwag was pleasant and cooperative. She has a delightful sense of humor and
contributed much to the staff, both professionally and socially.

It has been my pleasure to have worked with Ms. Liwag. She is a hardworking, well-organized, committed
teacher who has given much to our pupils. She enjoys the respect of her pupils, their parents, her fellow
teachers, and the school administration.
