    Subject: Non-Response to Payment Request from PT. Wika Beton, Tbk

    Dear Minister,
    Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh. First of all, allow me to wish you a happy Eid al-
    Fitr 1444H. May all our deeds during the holy month of Ramadan be accepted and blessed by Allah
    (SWT). I pray that we all receive blessings and protection.
    I sincerely hope that Kementrian BUMN, under your administraton, will continue to thrive and
    prosper in its business endeavors, and be able to contribute to the welfare of society and work
    towards the progress of our nation. Ameen.
    My name is Rusli Utiarachman, contractor who has a work contract with PT. Wika Beton, Tbk. Unit
    Mobile Concrete 4, Donggala Central Sulawesi. I am writing to you to express my concern and
    disappointment regarding PT. Wika Beton, Tbk, a state-owned company that has not responded to
    my payment request. I have sent six letters to the company's board of directors but have not
    received any response until now.
    I am a small business owner, and the amount of money owed to me by PT. Wika Beton, Tbk is Rp.
    43,242,900 (forty-three million two hundred forty-two thousand nine hundred rupiahs), which
    may seem insignificant to a state-owned company like PT. Wika Beton, Tbk, but it is essential to
    me.
    Additionally, I am currently serving as the Chairman of the Hanura Party's Regional Executive
    Board in Kota Bitung, North Sulawesi, also one of my nephews, a Filipino-Indonesian, is a national
    basketball player, and he was personally recruited by you to become one of national basket team
    player, and now he is playing for the Indonesian Patriot basketball club as well.
    I do hope that you can help me to resolve this issue and receive my rightful payment.
    I have attached the sixth request of payment letter I sent to the board of directors of PT. Wika
    Beton, Tbk for your reference. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and take
    appropriate action to ensure that justice is served.
