1. It is humbly submitted that the above named Petitioner herein are the owner of the Property

i.e. Two wheeler (scooty) bearing NO.TS09FS3791 Honda Dio mat axis gray metal color-

Reg and samsung A250f mobile IMEI No. 356926101351449 , SIM No. 8074366718

2. That the Petitioner is the registered owner of Two wheeler RegistratIon no :

TS09FS3791, Engine No. JF98EG11029 , Chassis NO. ME4JF3984FMG0737 and Samsung
A250f mobile IMEI No. 356926101351449 , SIM No. 8074366718.

3. That on 03/10/2021 the petitioner was taken into remand by the police in Cr.No
207/2021 U/S 370(A) and 370 of IPC and U/S 3,4,5 of Prevention of immoral trafficking act
(PITA) and subsequently got bail on 02/11/2021 and his property i.e, (samsung A250f
mobile & Honda dio) is in custody of police authority of kukunoorpally.

4. The Applicant humbly requests that his vehicle no. TS09FS3791 and Samsung A250f
mobile IMEI No. 356926101351449 , SIM No. 8074366718 may be released to
him on Superdari. The Applicant is in need of his bike as it is the means of survival to him as
he is working as delivery boy which comes under Essential Commodities Act,2020. In case it
is allowed to remain at the Police station, it may get damaged being out of use. The Applicant
Assures that its production before the court as and when required by the police or the court.

5. The Applicant is ready and willing to give undertaking or furnish requisite bond.

PRAYER

That the Applicant, therefore, prays:

a) That the court may pass an order to release his two wheeler No TS09FS3791

and samsung A250f mobile IMEI No. 356926101351449 , SIM No. 8074366718

on Superdari to the Applicant.
