Erasmus+ learning agreement

1. Purpose of the learning agreement

This learning agreement defines the conditions and expected outcomes of a learning
mobility organised within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme. Parties in this
agreement shall abide by the programme’s rules and quality standards.

5. Learning outcomes

The parties have agreed that the following learning outcomes should be achieved during
the learning mobility:

6. Learning programme and tasks

To achieve the agreed learning outcomes, the participant will complete the following

7. Monitoring, mentoring and support during the activity

7.4. Mentoring and monitoring arrangements

As a minimum, the monitoring and mentoring arrangements will include the following
activities:
- Regular consultations between mentors
- Regular checks of educational outcomes at school, at the end of which the
student receives a comprehensive assessment of educational outcomes
- Communication with parents and students, problem solving

8. Evaluation of learning outcomes

After the mobility activity, the participant’s learning outcomes will be assessed in the
following way:

Evaluation format:
The student receives a written evaluation from the host organization.

Evaluation criteria:
The student will be evaluated according to the rules for evaluating students in the
host school.

Evaluation procedures:
Students are assessed continuously, in the form of oral and written exams. At the
end of the semester, the evaluations are in the form of a report card after a
classification meeting in the host organization in which all teachers participate, the
evaluation is oral and written.

9. Recognition of learning outcomes

The learning outcomes attained by the participant will be recognised in the following
way:

Recognition conditions:
Because it is a school of the same type as the sending school, the educational
outcomes are the same and are fully recognized.

Recognition procedures:
Educational outcomes are recognized in individual subjects.

Recognition documentation:
Permit to study abroad - sending organization responsible
Evaluation from the host school - host school responsible

10. Reintegration at the sending organisation

Following the completion of the mobility period, the participant will be reintegrated at the
sending organisation in the following way:

Reintegration destination:
The student continues his studies in his original class.

Reintegration conditions:
At the end of the grading period the student must obtain a grade to pass in order to
advance to the higher Year.
