When you were in your early childhood, do you fully understand the fundamental movement
skills and its differences? If these are new things that you have encountered, what did you
gain from the lesson? Kindly specify the movement you love the most.

Yes, I've understood the difference between locomotor and non-locomotor movements and
can distinguish between the two since its taught in elementary and secondary. I had learned
more about it as I grew older, including the many types of locomotor and non-locomotor
movements. I am unfamiliar with the concept of motor abilities. I had no idea that actions
involving the control of objects and props had a name. I don't have a favorite movement,
although I admire locomotory movements. It not only engages more body muscles when
moving, but it also aids coordination because locomotor activities force the feet to move from
one spot to another, requiring more focus and coordination from all of the muscles involved.
