    4 Cardiac monitor spo2 out of order at NICU ( issue resolved )
    5 Defib self-test issue at radiology ( issue resolved )
    6 Installed 4 cardiac monitor at CCU
    7 Installed one ECG machine at CCU
    8 Installed two height & weight scale at CCU
    9 Oxygen regulator cylinder fitting repaired at Radiology dptt
    10 Plant room overall checklist done
    11 One humidifier found broken at D3
    12 HDU bed 24 suction bottle holder found broken, it is replaced with new one
    13 Empty Oxygen cylinders sent for gas filling
    14 Daily visit done
