SUBJECT: FIRST PROGRESSIVE REPORT ENDING 30th March, 2023 and CLAIMN 2

Pursuant to clause 4, Section 17-20 of the Demolition and Reconstruction of 2 x Staff Duplex Contract, we
hereby submit the above for the period 28th February, 2023 to 30th March, 2023.

This progressive Report incorporates the work done so far since the procession of site on the 19th January, 2023
to the end of March, 2023.

Much of the time has been involved in the demolition works, followed by revising and editing construction
drawing and waiting for the ordered materials to be fabricated by the Atlas Steel, Lae.

Attached is the Financial Cost and BoQ breakup of expenditure to date on the project which totals K558.195
inc. GST. To date is all of the 15 percent advance mobilization of K229,837.47 was 100 percent utilized as well
as company’s own funds, totaling K277,612.53 as shown in the attached worksheet. (The major procurement of
K192,407 is shown separately on the expenditure sheet).

I am now claiming the next 30 percent of funds as per the contract agreement section 5 clause 20 0f
K510,754.37
