1. Product Over View

AT09 is a GPS/GPRS based tracking device specially developed and designed for vehicle real-time tracking and fleet management

AT09 has inbuilt GPS module to obtain accurate position data and utilizes its GSM capability to send the position data to a specified mobile
phone or server base for tracking and fleet management. With internal memory, AT09 can store data when there is no GPRS connection or
at a specified interval requested by the user.

5.8 Tyre Pressure Monitoring System

● connect the RF433 antenna onto AT09.

● install tyre pressure sensors onto tyres stem. Tyre pressure sensors will work automatically if it detects pressure
and trembles.
● AT09 sends TPMS data to server via gprs after receiving the data from tyre pressure sensors in 2 minutes interval.(2 minutes in default
settings)

● In standard version AT09 supports 4 tyre sensors. And AT09 can support 42 tyres at most in standard version.
If you want to replace tyre sensors or increase new tyre sensors,
pairing work is required. Tyre pressure sensor has its own ID internally
like 1C9E8BF0, 1C9E97A9 or 1CA4F3CB. Tyres have their own ID
also in our GPS TPMS tracking system like image right: 8
If sensor 1C9E8BF0 installed on Tyre 01, pairing 01 with 1C9E8BF0.
If Tyre 1C9E97A9 installed on tyre 22, paring 22 with 1C9E97A9. If
sensor 1CA4F3CB installed on tyre 02, paring 02 with 1CA4F3CB.

Sensor 1CA4F3CB tyre 02

You can paring them by sms command: *000000,301,X,ID#

i.e. pairing 1C9E8BF0 with tyre 01, *000000,301,01, 1C9E8BF0#

6.1 Change the APN, IP and port

1> Connect with the device by micro USB cable (normal micro USB cable is ok).
2> entry password of device under ‘reboot’ and ‘initialize’ button
3> Press ‘Load’ button under ‘To/From Device’
PLEASE ‘load’ each time when you first connect the device with the computer.
DO NOT ‘save’ anything to the device before you ‘Load’ from device.
3> Go “Communication” page, change ‘APN’, ‘Target address’ and ‘Target Port’,
Press ‘Save’ button under ‘To/From Device’ at header of configurator.

4> ‘Load’ again to check if the parameter has been saved successfully.

6.2 change the data acquisition interval

AT09 has been provided 3 ways for the data acquisition: time interval, distance interval, angle changed.
Please also be noticed that in order to save GPRS traffic, AT09 will send out the location information smartly. When vehicle is moving, it will
send as 3 ways we just mentioned, once it parked without moving, it will only send data in a fixed time interval. In the configurator, this has
been indicated as ‘When Stopped/Parked’
1> Go ‘system parameter’ page.
2> Set ‘minimum time’, ‘minimum distance’, ’minimum angle’ for data acquisition.
11
If you don’t want to use one of them, you need to put ‘0’ (digital zero) in the blank space.
3> Set ‘minimum time’ under ‘When Stopped/Parked’.
4> Press ‘Save’ button under ‘To/From Device’ at header of configurator.

Caution: in this page, also provide the setting for sleep/Non-sleep, if you don’t want device sleep, please select the drop down
menu as ‘Normal’.

6.3 Firmware Upgrade

AT09 has been with two way for upgrading the firmware: by the USB cable with PC or over the GPRS remotely (OTA).
OTG (upgrade by PC)
1> Go ‘Unit Test’
2> Press ‘Load’ button under ‘New Firmware’, select the firmware you are going to use.
3> Press ‘Start’ after this ‘Load’ button.
4> There is a loading bar at the bottom of configurator. It will show a percentage when firmware is upgrading.
5> Wait loading bar show 100% until it finished.

OTA (upgrade by GPRS)

1> Specify a port for your computer first. (This step needs to access into your router).
2> Device IP and port need to change to your PC IP and the port you just specified.
3> Press ‘Load’ button under ‘New Firmware’, select the firmware you are going to use.
4> Entry the same port number under Network setup and press ‘Listen’ button.
5> ‘Unconnected’ will be changed to “connected” if device has been connected with configurator successfully.
6> Press ‘OTA’ button to start upgrade the firmware.
7>
More detailed step in OTA, please contact us sales representative.
