UNSOLICITED PROPOSA!
Cantonment Board Clifton (CBC) being a procuring entity is committed to
facilitate its tax payers / residents in all possible ways. In the frame-work of providing facilities
to general public CBC has received an unsolicited proposal for installation of Automated Teller
Machine (ATM) at the premises of CBC (CC-38, 10" Street, Kh-e-Rahat, Ph-VI, DHA,
Karachi).
2. As per PPRA Rule 37-A, unsolicited proposals from Multinational / National /
Commercial banks intending to install Automated Teller Machines with mutual agreed terms
is hereby invited with the intent of providing general public facility particularly.
3. Further details / documents in this regard can be obtained from the office of the
CBC (CC-38, 10" Street, Kh-e-Rahat, Ph-VI, DHA, Karachi) on any working day during office
hours before closing date.

5. ‘Any proposal received in contravention of enabling provisions of PPRA rules,
2004 will be declared non responsive by the Board being procuring entity. Cantonment Board
Clifton being procuring entity reserved the right to accept or reject any proposal on technical /
administrative grounds under Rule 33(1) of PPRA Rules, 2004 (As amended upto date).
