VERBS The Pronoun  'one'
                  Verbs ending in -'ize' or '-ise' Americans do not often use 'one' to mean "people in general",
                  In Britain, some verbs end in either -ize or -ise.       nor do they use 'one's' or 'oneself'.
Both are used.                    GB :     One should look after one's health.
                  In America, they always end in -ize.                    US :     You should look after your health.
                     Examples :                                People should look after their health.

                  Regular - Irregular forms                     US :     July 4   -  July four - July fourth
