The undersigned counsel respectfully submits this Withdrawal of
Appearance as counsel for private respondent GEMMA MADERA in the above-
captioned case effective immediately considering his recent appointment to the
Prosecution Service, Department of Justice, Oriental Mindoro ( a copy of his
appointment is hereto attached).

Undersigned counsel further requests that notices, orders, etc., from this
Honorable Court be furnished to Gemma J. Madera at her given address until
such time that a new counsel has entered his appearance for and in behalf of
said respondent.
