CONTRACT ASSIGNMENT AGREEMENT

This offer of Casual Contract Assignment is effective on the May 6th 2010.
Between

WorleyParsons Trinidad Limited of 74 Long Circular Road, Maraval, in the Country of

Trinidad and Tobago ("the Company") and Michael James of Lot 164 Melbourne Drive, Aberdeen
Park, Chaguanas.

The Jurisdiction of the Assignment is Trinidad & Tobago

Type of Engagement Casual, Temporary, Contract Assignment

Place of work (Location) 74 Long Circular Rd, Maraval, client facilities, site or as otherwise
required.

Home office WorleyParsons Trinidad Limited

Reporting to Lisa Haskell, WPTL Operations Manager and Appropriate Discipline

or Project Manager

Assignment Commencement 12TH MAY 2010

Assignment Term 6 months with renewal option upon agreement by both parties
TT $161.54 per hour, based on completion of duly signed time
Remuneration
sheets.
Payment will be made monthly in Consultants bank account in
currency of choice based on the exchange rate on the final day of
the month.
WorleyParsons Trinidad Limited will be responsible for deducting
PAYE from monthly earnings.

Working Hours Consultant shall have the opportunity to work a minimum of

40 hours per normal work week with any additional approved
hours worked compensated at the TTD$161.54 hourly rate.

Public Holidays As a casual, temporary contractor there is no entitlement to public

holidays. The project may require that the contractor either work
Public Holidays at the normal hourly rate or take the Holiday off
without pay.
 Leave Entitlements Unpaid Leave may be taken as approved by supervisor based on
project requirements.

Special Conditions: Confidentiality
You agree to keep confidential all details relating to your overall
remuneration and any related payment, incentive or bonus that may
be awarded to you during the course of your engagement with the
company. WorleyParsons Confidentiality Agreement must be
signed.

Medical Insurance and Life Insurance Medical, Dental and Visual Insurance are available to consultant
through Company’s group plan at actual cost.

Termination of Assignment Your assignment with the Company may be terminated by either
Party giving to the other two (2) weeks notice in writing. The
Company reserves the right to summarily terminate this agreement
immediately and without notice for the following reasons:
misconduct, neglect of duty, or breach of confidentiality.
