2.0 RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that an order be placed with Neal and Massy Energy Services Limited for the supply of one (1) 460V Motor Control Centre at a total price of
TT$167,000.00 and a delivery period of 12-14 weeks.

3.0 JUSTIFICATION
