71000 Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina (hereinafter: “Attorney”) and the company “Contractual
Claims” the limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Montenegro with the registered
seat at Vaka Djurovica 20-1, Podgorica, registered under the registration number 03473759 and
represented by managing director Mr. Vlatko Mihajlov (hereinafter: “Company”) (the Attorney and
Company individually referred to as the “Executor” and collectively referred to as the “Executors”)
(the Client and Executors are individually referred to as the “Contracting Party” and collectively as the
“Contracting Parties”)

they concluded on xx March 2023 the following:

ANNEX 1
TO THE CONTRACT AGREEMENT ON THE PROVISION OF CONSULTING SERVICES

PREAMBLE:

 The Contracting Parties entered into the Contract Agreement on the provision of consulting
services no. Se 02/2022 and NO.ULOG-FW-2022-007 dated 15 September 2022;

 The Contracting Parties now would like to amend the respective Contract Agreement as
follows:

Article 1.

Article 1.1 of the Agreement is amended as follows:

“1.1 that this Agreement shall become effective from the date of 15 September 2022 and shall remain in
force until 31 December 2023.”

Article 2.

All other provisions of the Agreement remain unchanged.

Article 3.
The rights and obligations arising from this Annex 1 to the Agreement becomes effective as of the
date of mutual signing of this Agreement by all Contracting Parties
