Wilmer: Hey Santiago, have you noticed how many new
shops have opened up in our neighborhood lately?

Santiago: Yeah, there are so many! It's great to see the area
thriving. What kind of shops have you seen?

Wilmer: Well, there's a new bakery that sells delicious

pastries and bread. They have a wide variety of items to
choose from.

Santiago: That sounds amazing! I have a sweet tooth, so I'll

definitely check it out. Besides the bakery, are there any
other interesting shops?

Wilmer: Absolutely! There's also a boutique that sells

trendy clothing and accessories. They have some unique
items that you won't find elsewhere.

Santiago: I love shopping for new clothes, so I'll make sure

to visit the boutique. By the way, do you know if there are
any bookstores around here?

Wilmer: Yes, there's a small bookstore just a few blocks

away. They have a great selection of both fiction and non-
fiction books.

Santiago: That's perfect! I've been looking for a new book

to read. Thanks for letting me know. Now, let's talk about
occupations. What do you do for a living, Wilmer?

Wilmer: I work as a graphic designer for a marketing

agency. I create visual designs for various clients.
Santiago: That's interesting. I've always admired graphic
designers. I work as a software engineer at a tech company.
I develop and maintain software applications.

Wilmer: That's awesome! Your job must involve a lot of

problem-solving. It's fascinating how technology has
advanced so much in recent years.

Santiago: Absolutely. It's an ever-evolving field, and I enjoy

keeping up with the latest developments. Speaking of time,
what do you usually do in your free time, Wilmer?

Wilmer: In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym to stay

active and fit. I also like to explore new places, try different
cuisines, and spend time with my friends.

Santiago: That sounds like a well-rounded way to spend

your free time. I'm more of a homebody myself. I like to
unwind by watching movies, playing video games, and
reading books.

Wilmer: It's great to have activities that help us relax and

recharge. Well, Santiago, it's been nice talking to you. I'm
going to head to the new bakery now. Want to join me?

Santiago: Sure, I'd love to. Let's go satisfy our sweet

cravings!
