1. What we understand is that we determine the errors in an API and have to sort out ways
to overcome those errors. Is that what is required to be written in the knowledge
documents?
2. Purpose and objectives to achieve for the knowledge base articles would be extremely
helpful.
3. If error fixes are required is there a criteria/standard website, preferred primary sources
to reference solutions?
4. Should we describe the API working in the article explaining how it works in words or
should it be implemented with possible outcomes as we did in the sample article?
