The system of completely electronic enrolment and issuance of driving licences

is highly secure and stress-free. It enables faster issuing capabilities, cost
savings, a centralised register system, easy control and management as well as
international standardisation. It is easy to upgrade and maintain. It also enables
centralised reporting services as well as stock management.

whereby chip and data validity is confirmed. Such a cord is impossible to

quick and secure. Maximum security is assured via connections made via web
services. The CETIS modular e-Government platform can be adjusted to local
government legislation and the customer's needs. The system is open to any

Data enrolment
We support services and create systems for biometric data capture (stationary,
portable and mobile units) including face, fingerprint, signature, personal and
demographic data.

All data are stored in the central database system which can be read from
the existing Central population register and can be made available for
personalisation and/ or data intelligence systems. AFIS and PKI are integrated
parts of the system.

The enrolment and personalisation system supports all types of documents

(e-passports, e-1D cards, etc.). All hardware is ICAO compliant and holds
appropriate industry-accepted certificates.

Data management
The e-Government platform ensures secure, reliable, transparent, fast and user-
friendly identity management.

It efficiently connects different government authorities as well as the government

authorities with citizens and enterprises.

We can assure secure and efficient personalisation in our own personalisation

Highly secure personalisation machines offer a broad spectrum of options and
capacity ranges. We offer laser personalisation, dye sublimation and thermal

We also develop and integrate personalisation systems in document issuance

Document issuance
CETIS specializes in secure documents production and issuance systems for
governments around the world.

Documents can be issued at the municipality or can be sent directly from the
production premises to the applicant's home address. They can also be sent to
the Embassy or Consulate if the applicant is abroad.

The complete process is under strict surveillance, assuring auditing, reporting

and stock management. Quality control is performed for every document.

Infrastructure (PKI)
Security policy defines all PKI protocols. CETIS offers Public Key Infrastructure
(PKI) - a system for the creation, storage, and distribution of digital certificates
used to verify that a particular public key belongs to a particular entity.

The PKI creates digital certificates which assign public keys to units; it safely
verifies the use of these certificates in the central system, and it revokes them if
necessary.

The Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) is a set of roles, policies and procedures
needed to create, manage, distribute, use, store and revoke digital certificates
and manage public-key encryption.

AFIS
CETIS provides AFIS (Automated Fingerprint Identification System), which is
essential for the security and verification of biometric identity documents.AFIS
is one of the supporting systems which prevent the duplication of biometric
( fingerprint) data and ensure the protection, accuracy, speed and reliability of
the rest of the system.

We can integrate a scalable solution which uses the parallel processing power
of several servers working together to ensure secure, fast and accurate results.

CETIS currently uses one of the leading AFIS systems,designed for large-scale
AFIS and multi-biometric systems. The technology ensures the highest reliability
and speed of biometric identification, applicable even for large databases.
