Payment Policy:-
At the time of booking the tourist will have to pay advance Rs. 10000/- (Rupees Ten
Thousand Only) per ticket/pax by Cash/Cheque/NEFT/IMPS in favor of “APNA BHARAT
TOURS & TRAVELS”. The balance payment of the tour amount must be paid 30 days before
the departure date of the tour.
Cancellation Policy:-
If tickets are cancelled or dates are transferred due to any reason, then Rs. 2000/- per
ticket as administration charges and the cancellation charges as mentioned below per ticket
will be charged in without Air Package tour.
 60 days before departure date of tour Rs. 5000/= per pax/ticket will be deducted.
 30 days before departure date of tour Rs. 8000/= per pax/ticket will be deducted.
 15 days before departure date of tour the 50 % of tour amount will be deducted.
 10 days before departure date of tour the 75 % of tour amount will be deducted.
 No refund will be given for cancellation within Ten (10) days from the departure date of
the tour.
 Only Written REQUEST FOR CANCELLATION of ticket should be given. The date of receipt
of such application will be consider as the date of cancellation. Verbal or telephonic
instruction for cancellation of ticket will not be taken into consideration.
Terms & Conditions:-
 All Prices are in Indian Rupees and valid for Indian National only.
 Check in and Checkout Timing of the Hotel will be according to the timing of the
respective Hotels
 Company is not responsible for compensating any loss/damage/injury or
additional cost incurred by the guest while taking the tour.
 All the disputes are subject to Ahmedabad Jurisdiction only.
